Tis Time

SPRING IS FINALLY HERE!!!!!! It is so amazing to be able to see the sidewalks and streets. The snow has finally melted...except for the giant piles that will take another 2 months to melt, but most of the snow is gone. It has been in the upper 50's to mid 60's the past few days. It was so nice out the other day I went for a walk along the river at 7 pm. It is so nice to be able to go outside in just a light jacket. The past 2 days have been rainy, but I would take rain over snow any day! The sun has also been setting later. When we first arrived the sun was setting at 5 pm. However, it is still light out at 8 pm. It will continue to set later and later until it finally sets at 11 pm and rises at 4 am. Along with the nice weather comes nice people. People have started opening up and becoming more friendly. The cafes in the city center have now begun setting up tables outside and the center has come to life with people hanging out all over the place. I am looking forward to the nicer weather yet to come and the more lively people.
